Maluleka J Attorneys was founded in 2019 by Mr Jacob Maluleka with a clear vision: to provide accessible, high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses across South Africa — regardless of the complexity or nature of their matter.

Starting as a boutique practice in Pretoria's heart, the firm quickly built a reputation for responsiveness, thoroughness and achieving results that exceed client expectations. Today, Maluleka J Attorneys serves clients across all 9 provinces.

We specialise in offering outsourced legal services, seconding experienced attorneys to work as temporary in-house counsel — handling everything from administrative tasks and secretarial services to complex litigation, board advisory and public policy advocacy.

Within the first year, the firm serves over 100 clients across Gauteng, building a strong foundation of trust and referrals.

Mr Jacob Maluleka is the founder and principal attorney of Maluleka J Attorneys. A seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience across multiple fields of law, Mr Maluleka built this firm with a single-minded focus: delivering justice and value to every client who walks through the door.

His practice spans family law, criminal defence, civil litigation, RAF claims, medical negligence, property law and corporate advisory. Mr Maluleka is known for his strategic thinking, empathetic client approach and tenacity in the courtroom.

Beyond individual representation, Mr Maluleka serves as an outsourced in-house counsel to various organisations, providing board-level legal advisory, compliance oversight and crisis management services.
